1299 – Mud Cake

Mud Cake
Advice: always trust a fat chef, but never eat anything that a pig cooks for you.

Christina’s Cake

Christina tried to bake a cake
(her Grandmom’s recipe)
with substitute ingredients;
just one, or two (or three).

She didn’t have the cocoa so
she used a cup of soil.
She substituted vinegar
when she ran out of oil.

She shoved it in the oven and
she left it there to bake,
but what came out, without a doubt,
it wasn’t chocolate cake.
