I’m pretty sure that this guy is sandbagging by playing triangle with two tentacles. I’m betting he could have picked up a xylophone with those instead.
I really like drawing an octopus playing music. I’ve done it before in The Art Lover and in Eight Handed Band. (And again with the triangle!)
