My boys have never been much for wheeled sports. I suspect that this is in part due to my own disdain for them. I broke more than my share of bones as a kid, and many of the spills were on skateboards and bikes. I try to look out for their safety too much. It’s hard for me to put them on bikes and boards and feel comfortable often. I guess it’s a shortcoming of mine as a parent.
