#525 – Shrinking Suzy

Shrinking Suzy
Little girl, big wheeee!

Shrinking Suzy

Sweet Suzy swiftly shrank away.
It started late one night:
She noticed she was losing weight,
but then she lost some height.

By half-past-ten she’d been reduced
to half her normal size.
She hoped she’d end this shrinking trend
and rapidly re-rise.

At breakfast time she’d dwindled down
to smaller than your toe,
and then she seemed to disappear.
Where did our Suzy go?

She’s living as a speck of dust
and floats around so free,
because she’s learned life’s better when
you’re knee-high to a flea.
