I promised Andrew that before second grade began, I’d buy him a tortoise. True to my word, the Sunday before school we picked out “Boulder” who now resides in a corner in Andrew’s room. I was surprised to learn that turtles do best in a substrate of sand and coconut husk. Color me surprised!
So, Thursdays are dog days for Andrew. Granted that this doodle is Toph’s, he doesn’t really have a Thursday “thing” yet. I’ll have to keep going a bit and see.
