1557 – Not an Airplane

Not an Airplane
I sweat over the wrong details when drawing. Anthropomorphic airplanes in the background? Freaking me out. Flying cow dressed in an airplane costume? Not a problem.

Keep on Trying

Each time my sister takes a hop
she always comes back down KER-PLOP,
and every bounce or skip or jump –
A-WHUMP-BUMP-THUMP – she’s on her rump.
She won’t let failure make her frown
’cause what goes up must come back down,
And knows that if she doesn’t try
she’s never gonna learn to fly.
