After all of this exercise, I say the monkeys deserve a snack.
I think that to be juggling, you have to have at least one more object than hands. So I don’t know if this is juggling because there are four hands (of sorts) but only three hippos.
That said, those are either some strong monkeys or some lightweight hippos.
