Brontosaurus Stew
Here’s the recipe I made up;
it’s for brontosaurus stew.
When you want to feed an army
then no other dish will do.Guaranteed to please the masses,
Nothing else can fill them up
like this broth of brontosaurus
in a half a million cups.The ingredients are listed:
- seven hundred pounds of peas
- yellow onions – thirty dozen
- spicy mustard (just a squeeze)
- eighty thousand quarts of water
- twelve tomatoes free of seeds
- one gigantic brontosaurus
- (add potatoes if you need)
Cook on high for half an hour
stirring swiftly with spoon.
When the soup begins to simmer
you’ll know dinner’s ready soon.You’re invited to partake some!
