Don’t Be Fooled
Their outsides may be adorable
yet their insides are colder than ice,
so don’t be fooled by the ladybugs…
they just want you to think that they’re nice.Perhaps you say as they span your hand,
“just how bad can a ladybug be?”
But if their rumps had a stinger part,
You could bet that they’d stick like a bee.So take good care near these little thugs
though the dangers seem little to none.
You might get caught in a swooping swarm
and outnumbered a zillion to one.Each ladybug is a brutal beast
though they seem to be gentle as sheep,
but don’t be fooled by the ladybugs…
they are truly unladylike creeps.
