Say Weatherman, please help me out.
You have to make it snow for me.
Tonight, alright, without a doubt.
I’ve got this test in history
I’m s’posed to take tomorrow morn
and haven’t really studied yet,
but don’t desire my teacher’s scorn
for rotten grades I’m sure to get.
Please make it snow, dear Weatherman,
I promise you that I will stay
inside and study – if you can –
instead of going out to play.
And if it’s possible, I ask
to make it snow the next day too,
because of this unfinished task:
my book report that’s also due.
