1105 – Steal the Moon

Steal the Moon
“I hear it’s made of Milk Bones”

Steal the Moon

I want to climb into the air
and steal the shining moon
to have it with me everywhere
at morning, night, and noon,
but if you miss its lustrous light,
there’s moon enough for two;
I’ll split the moon, so big and bright,
and share a half with you.

Thursdays are dog days!
