#664 – Sleepwalker

I’m Busy

Hey, can’t you see I’m busy?
Just leave me where I lie.
It’s really quite a challenge
to blink blink blink my eye.

My heart’s engaged in drumming
its never-ending beat.
I’m occupied by breathing:
inhale… exhale… repeat.

Today has been exhausting,
but now I must prepare:
tomorrow will be hectic…
I have to grow more hair.

Thursdays are dog days!
