I guess all is forgiven in the sculpture breaking incident from a couple of days ago.
Even at not-quite-four, Xander is an avid fan of cooking. It’s one of the main ways I connect with him. Pancakes are a special thing we make on our Saturdays together. He’s my special helper. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if he grows up to be a chef someday.
Also, a note: I promoted on my Twitter and Facebook that today’s doodles would be in color. Obviously this didn’t happen. Long and short of it is that I’m out of practice coloring and the time it was taking was too great. It’s all part of being a single dad with limited wind, I guess.
