1432 – Not a Frog

Not a Frog
That’s a very strong lillypad.

Bill the King

On every starry summer night
when old man moon is shining bright
and all the frogs in granddad’s pond begin to sing,

While cricket chorus chirps and cheeps
A thousand buggy voices beep
But listen closely, you’ll hear Bill the Froggy King.

Once Billy’s voice has made its sound
So loud and proud and just profound.
Enough to make the other froggys “ah” and “ooh”.

A simple croak would never do,
but when he belches out his “MOO”
you’ll know that Billy is a bullfrog through and through.
