#465 – Monsters and Serpents

Monsters and Serpents
I think that mostly, the boogies are afraid of being used as teething toys.

Monsters and Serpents

The world’s full of monsters and serpents
and goblins and ghouls, beasts and bugs.
They’re under your bed, in your closets,
or lying beneath all your rugs.

There’s critters and bogeymen also,
in attics or under your house,
and some are as big as a school bus,
but others as small as a mouse.

But none of these creatures are scary.
I’m never afraid, don’t you see:
’cause I haven’t bathed since last summer,
so everything’s frightened of me.
