#41 — I Made a Torch!

I Made a Torch!
Add chocolate and graham crackers, and we can have s’morches.

This one is inspired by a poem entitled “Roasting Marshmallows.”

I’m really pleased with how the nighttime sky came out in this one.  I could totally do that again and be happy with the results.

Here’s the poem:

I am a clever fellow,
can do an awful lot,
but roasting a marshmallow
is not a skill I’ve got.

It’s ended in disaster
each time I’ve tried to learn.
I think I’ve got it mastered
but then it starts to burn.

And when I think it’s toasting
it starts to smoke and scorch.
I’m not too good at roasting,
but make a dandy torch!
