#578 – For Safe Keeping

For Safe Keeping
Now nobody will find them! Wait… find what?

I must have lost my mind

I must have lost my mind.
I took it out a bit,
somewhere I set it down,
and now I’m missing it.

Where did I leave my brain?
I’m sure that I forgot.
It may not look like much –
to me it’s worth a lot.

How could I lose my brains?
Where can my thinker be?
It’s always been a part,
but not apart from me.

I can not find my mind.
I have no brain at all.
Why did I take it out?
I really can’t recall.

Thurdays are dog days!
