1399 – Cookie Thieves

Cookie Thieves
Wars have started for less.

Last Cookie in the Box

There once were twelve, then four, then two
The only family you knew
But now there’s only lonely you –
last cookie in the box.

Your cookie siblings tasted great.
But you alone must hope and wait
until the date that you get ate;
last cookie in the box.

You’re by yourself, so sad and blue
Your expiration day is due
So why has no one eaten you
last cookie in the box?

Forsaken, lonesome, so depressed…
You’ve lasted longer than the rest,
but lastest cookies taste the best
last cookie in the box.
