Johnny Hart, the cartoonist who drew B.C. and the Wizard of Id was a favorite of mine when I was a kid. Likewise was Bil Keane, who drew Family Circus and Charles Schulz, the creator of Peanuts. All were unashamedly Christian and occasionally included Christian imagery in their cartoons. I hope that if I’m ever a professional cartoonist, people will know my stance on faith as well.
