This is another of those doodles that I just started drawing before having an idea in mind. I began drawing the eyes, but then memories of Grape Ape popped into my head. I remember that he used a car as skates, and remember, too, thinking how unfortunate that must have been for the drivers. So, I’ll just put out here that Edmund’s car-skate was legally purchased.
