I tried shading the trees a little differently. I did some heavier crosshatching. I like the effect, but I’m still not thrilled with the results.
I got a lot of compliments on this one. My oldest nephew Zed liked this one a lot. A fraternity brother of mine, Jared, told me I need to get these published. Another fraternity brother, Jeremy, re-posted the whole album of these on facebook.
I still think of these as disposable. I’m still only spending about ten minutes apiece on them.
I’m thinking of using this one as an illustration for a poem, or at least the concept.
