Slice of Heaven
Whether fruit, or cream, or custard,
Whether frozen, baked, or fried,
This confection, it’s perfection:
I’ve loved every pie I’ve tried.I’m a gobbler of the cobbler,
Munching mince and a la mode,
Eating lotsa empanada
till I’m certain I’ll explode.Yes I reckon I’ll have seconds,
If there’s pie to try, I must.
It’s a little slice of heaven
with a tender, flaky crust.
