My peas can’t touch my carrots
My peas can’t touch my carrots,
and those can’t touch my beans.
The beans can’t touch my chicken,
and that can’t touch my greens.
They mingle in my belly –
I know that is their fate –
but I don’t want them touching
while they’re still on my plate.
