With walkie-talkie bantering
I call from far away.
I talk but you’re not answering
to what I have to say…This walkie-talkie in my hand
my chatter seldom stops.
I tell you of my private plan
through hisses, cracks, and pops.So can you hear me clearly? No.
I keep on speaking, but
what good are walkie-talkies, though
when all you say is, “What?”
