Once I made snow angels
Once I made snow angels fair,
built some snowmen here and there,
sledded down a dozen hills…
all the thrills of snowy chills.
In the piles I loved to play –
that was fun for half a day,
then dad made me shovel, so,
I no longer like the snow.
Thursdays are dog days!
