My Skeleton
A skeleton’s inside of me
but hiding where you’ll never see
below my flesh, it’s underneath
except the bits that show as teeth.
Despite it’s gross anatomy,
I’m partial to that part of me
for if I had no bones within,
I’d be a lumpy pile of skin.
