I robbed the bank – so brash, so bold –
when sweet temptation took its hold.
I couldn’t stop, now I’m a crook,
though I’m ashamed of what I took.
I never thought that I could be
accused of criminality,
but now I’m hiding from the cops
for pilfering those lollipops.
